Membership Category

Membership dues and initial joining fees are determined according to paid-in capital as shown below:

Category 1:

Paid-in capital of 3 billion yen or greater

Category 2:

Paid-in capital of 3 billion yen and less than 500 million yen

Category 3:

Paid-in capital of 100 million yen and less than 500 million yen

Category 4:

Paid-in capital of 10 million yen and less than 100 million yen

Category 5:

Paid-in capital of less than 10 million yen

* Joining fees and annual dues are not subject to consumption tax.

Special Membership Category

The Special Membership category is available to companies who wish to base their membership fee category on their total mobile business revenues rather than their amount of paid-in capital. Such companies may submit the appropriate application to the Board of Directors or Executive Board. Upon receiving approval, the Board of Directors or the Executive Board will set their membership fee category as follows:

Category S1：

Total Mobile Business Revenues (Annual): 10 billion yen or greater

Category S2：

Total Mobile Business Revenues (Annual): 5 billion yen or greater and less than 10 billion yen

Category S3：

Total Mobile Business Revenues (Annual): 500 million yen or greater and less than 5 billion yen

Category S4：

Total Mobile Business Revenues (Annual): 10 million yen or greater and less than 500 million yen

Category S5：

Total Mobile Business Revenues (Annual): Less than 100 million yen

Members that join MCF during the course of the financial year will have their annual dues reduced pro rata according to the starting month of membership, as shown below:

* The joining fee is charged at a fixed rate and will not be pro-rated.
